VANRATH are searching for an Accounts Payable assistant to join an award winning company within the Portadown/Craigavon Area. This is a full time permanent position.

What you'll do
5. Match, verify, and code invoices.
6. Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and dockets using the company app.
7. Set up new supplier accounts and manage existing ones.
8. Enter data and file invoices.
9. Address supplier inquiries as needed.
10. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the office.
About you
11. Experience of Sage 50
12. At least 1 year's experience within a similar role
13. Excellent communication and organisational skills
14. Ability to meet deadlines
