Key Responsibilities
As Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for buyers, supporting them every step of the way. You will:

* Manage the full sales process from first contact through to completion

* Proactively drive reservations to meet and exceed targets

* Share detailed knowledge of the homes, specifications and development

* Stay informed on local market trends through research

* Oversee handovers and provide immediate aftercare where needed

* Complete all related administration accurately and on time
