HR Business Partner Manager needed in Bromley Paying £27.10 per hr ref OR26467 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing high‑quality HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle. Lead and manage complex ER casework, ensuring fair, timely and legally compliant outcomes. Support and guide organisational change processes, including restructures, workforce redesigns, TUPE, and cultural initiatives. Contribute to or lead on Organisational Development (OD) activities, supporting leadership development, talent initiatives, and culture change programmes. Build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and positive employee engagement. Coach and mentor managers, building capability and confidence in dealing with people-related matters. Use data, insight and analytics to inform decisions and influence strategic workforce planning. Ensure HR policies, processes and practices align with organisational priorities and employment legislation.
