Essential Experience for the Property Litigation Lawyer role:

* Proven experience in advising clients on a wide range of property litigation matters.
Desirable Experience:
\t
* Experience in wider commercial disputes is advantageous but not essential.
The ideal Property Litigation Lawyer:

* Ability to manage own caseload
\t
* Financial housekeeping
\t
* Conduct client meetings both face-to-face and remotely
\t
* Assess legal issues, conduct research, and advise on costs and scope of work
\t
* Draft documents and letters of advice
\t
* Good business development skills
\t
* Keep up to date with legal developments and practice
\t
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills
