Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Petersfield for a Customer Support / sales Engineer. The role involves providing efficient and effective support to customers through troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, offering technical support, and, when necessary, conducting field service visits to address complex concerns or provide hands-on assistance. Timely and professional communication with clients will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
* Customer Support and professional Communication skills to provide excellent service and assist clients effectively
* Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve technical issues
* Field Service experience for addressing on-site technical challenges and ensuring client satisfaction
* Proficiency in documenting solutions and maintaining records
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required
* Prior experience in a relevant technical or customer support role is advantageous
* Technical certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
