This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with stakeholders across the organisation—and trusted third-party partners—to keep our platform running smoothly while helping us get the very best out of our Salesforce investment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking ownership of a highly customised Salesforce instance, keeping it reliable, stable, and performing at its best.
* Creating and updating custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and workflows to support evolving business processes.
* Managing complex configurations, including integrations and bespoke customisations.
* Enhancing user experience by refining page layouts, Lightning components, and interface design.
* Improving adoption and use of Sales Cloud through standard features and industry best practices.
* Developing and optimising Service Cloud to streamline case management, knowledge sharing, and customer support.
* Maintaining up-to-date documentation and training materials.
* Sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement across the IT team.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven Salesforce Administration experience within a highly customised environment.
* Experience working in multi-cloud orgs.
* Strong skills in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (essential), with an understanding of Marketing Cloud (advantage) and Experience Cloud (nice to have).
* Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications welcome.
* Awareness of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL (but you won’t be expected to write code).
* Practical experience using Flow and Workflow Rules for process automation.
* A solid grasp of Salesforce best practice, governance, and platform optimisation.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
