Key Responsibilities
Content:
* Plan, create, edit, and execute content for an audience of 600k+ on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, attracting attention and positive engagement.
* Manage the content calendar with another Social Media Executive to ensure consistent content delivery.
* Understand each social media channel's unique purpose and optimize content accordingly.
* Schedule content using Sprout Social.
* Write copy aligned with our tone of voice and audience.
* Create proactive content aligned with strategy and reactive content based on trends.
* Monitor content performance and provide insights to the Social Media Lead.
* Collaborate with stakeholders like airlines, retailers, MANTP, and marketing to support their objectives.
Community Management:
* Respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
* Maintain relationships with social media audiences, including plane spotters and airport advocates.
What will make you successful in the role?
We seek a proactive, creative individual with excellent time management and organizational skills. A passion for social media and industry trend awareness is essential. Technical skills desirable include:
* At least 1 year of social media experience.
* Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
* Skills in video capturing and editing using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe.
