Maintain your own Industrial Desk which you will be required to grow week on week. You will be expected to manage your own KPIs as advised by the Director of Recruitment.Promoting the business by Email, face to face contact, and social media.Sales to build the Industrial Desk with warm and Cold leadsMaintaining the databases with the right compliance for Candidates.Interviewing candidates face to face, managing their application form from the initial contact to bringing them in for interview. Sourcing the right candidates for the roles which can be very fast paced.Maintaining various Job Board with the right information in a timely manner.This role is fast paced, and requires determination to succeed. The right candidate will be outgoing, focused, and resourceful, with excellent communication and written skills.
You will be working with a team of 3 in the office. xcswzye You will be required to speak to temporary workers, advising them of roles we have and matching them to the relevant roles in a timely manner. You will be expected to ensure all Compliance is up to date and adhered to. Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm. Excellent Rate of pay.
