A bespoke, high-end residential house builder in the Gower area is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their Commercial Manager and project teams. This is an ideal opportunity for a developing QS to gain hands-on experience with luxury, architect-led projects. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with procurement and subcontractor negotiations * Attend site to measure, monitor progress, and support valuations * Help manage payments, variations, and final accounts * Maintain commercial tracking and assist with tender submissions Requirements: * Proficient in Excel and general IT systems * Full UK driving licence * Organised, proactive, and comfortable working on site and in the office * 2 years' experience in construction (desirable) * Experience with high-end or residential builds a plus What’s on Offer: * Clear progression towards Quantity Surveyor * Mentoring and support for APC or academic study * Exposure to premium residential projects with real technical variety
