The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team. This is a trusted, confidential role supporting senior stakeholders across a wide range of business and operational activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the leadership team, acting as a central point of coordination, communication, and administrative control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team
2. Manage correspondence on behalf of senior leaders, including drafting emails and letters
3. Maintain and manage complex diaries, appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
4. Welcome visitors and customers, managing enquiries both in person and by telephone
5. Coordinate and manage a central leadership meeting calendar, ensuring alignment across UK, divisional, and group-level meetings
