As a Service Delivery Partner with Yodel, you will operate in a set district delivering parcels with your own van(es) or as part of a team of drivers. You’ll be responsible for driver pay, service performance, and compliance, while growing your own business with our support.

Responsibilities
* Plan and execute your routes within a assigned tour, delivering each day’s parcels safely and on time.
* Load parcels at your local Service Centre and manage your own van(s) and drivers (if applicable).
* Provide strong driver leadership and ensure high-performance delivery results.
* Maintain compliance and safeguard the service level of deliveries.
* Grow and manage your own delivery business, including driver pay and fleet considerations.
What You Need To Show Us
* Your own team of drivers and fleet of vans
* Goods in transit and public liability insurance
* Limited Company Registered
* UK or EC/EEA valid driver’s licence
* Right to work documentation
* Support for your drivers to ensure successful delivery of our parcels, 6 days a week
