Responsibilities
* Own the numbers and drive performance against KPIs.
* Set the vibe and culture of the restaurant.
* Build, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
* Push the team to deliver every shift and meet/exceed targets.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations: roster planning, stock control, reporting, and compliance.
* Deliver an unforgettable guest experience and turn first‑timers into regulars.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership with experience managing teams and driving results.
* Strong people skills – able to bring out the best in others and handle tough conversations.
* Disciplined operational focus: clean, efficient, and compliant even in high‑pressure situations.
* Ability to run a tight ship and maintain high standards.
