The Role
1. Plan, control, and monitor BAU projects, large and small, ensuring reports are produced within agreed deadlines.
2. Build and maintain technical, procedural, and client knowledge through experience, serving as a point of reference on technical issues and project-related queries.
3. Work with the Administration Manager and team to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through automation, development, and the continued use of standard procedures.
4. Oversee and contribute to change control processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, including effort related to testing and the progression of changes to the live environment.
5. Identify offshore opportunities, manage transition, and ensure quality control delivery.
6. Maintain and develop working relationships as the principal contact with clients or relevant administration teams.
7. Coach, mentor, and drive colleague training, development, and team performance.
8. Collaborate with your team and the business to create a positive working environment.
