Main Responsibilities: To provide clerical support and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Highly organized and able to multitask with ease. Working alongside other members of the team with Xero and our inhouse workforce management system (Field Motion). Assisting with policy housekeeping, in accordance with BSI, enforcing organization standards. Others duties
Responsibilities
* Provide clerical support and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
* Work alongside other members of the team with Xero and our inhouse workforce management system (Field Motion).
* Assist with policy housekeeping, in accordance with BSI, enforcing organization standards.
* Arrange travel and hotels.
* Receive deliveries.
* Organise returns.
* Maintain inventory listings.
* Organise / liaise with contractors.
* Collate invoices ready to pass to accounts; raise requisition; raise PO; receipts in goods; chase PODs; match delivery note to invoice.
* Deal with invoice queries internally / externally.
* Assist with signing in / out of stores.
* Photocopying / printing documents as and when required.
* All general office duties to be carried out as daily duties as and when required to assist in the smooth running of the business.
