Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate - National Firm - 2 years
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid Working Available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 to £75,000, dependent on experience
The Role
You'll be joining a high-performing Property Litigation team with a strong national presence and a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
* Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial), including rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, and service charge issues
* Acting for landowners in disputes under the Electronic Communications Code, including mast removal and telecoms litigation
* Handling possession actions, trespass and squatter claims, and purchaser disputes
* Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and trial bundles
* Managing relationships with household-name clients, social housing providers, and property managers
* Working closely with senior lawyers and partners to develop your expertise
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* At least 2 years PQE in property litigation
* Experience or interest in telecoms-related disputes and the Electronic Communications Code
* Strong academic background and technical ability
* Excellent organisation, initiative, and communication skills
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for business development
* A commitment to compliance with firm policies and information security
