Your new role
My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the chief executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is available for an immediate start.
1. Provide high-level administrative support
2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
3. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
4. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
5. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
6. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
7. Support the coordination of board meetings and other key organisational events.
8. Perform general office duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
11. Strong written and verbalmunication abilities.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
13. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with efficiency.
14. A flexible and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail.
15. Experience in the arts, culture, or non-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
