Overview
We are looking for an experienced Demand and Supply Planner for a 6-9 month fixed term contract, to manage the flow of ambient stock across our network, aiming to control inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve efficiency. To have ownership of products / suppliers, to raise purchase orders, create buys plans and supporting end to end supplier relationships.

Contract: 6-9 months FTC
Responsibilities
* Demand Forecasting: Analysis historical data, market trends, and other factors to predict future demand.
* Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimise excess inventory.
* Supply Chain Optimisation: Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse, and other teams to optimise the supply chain.
* Performance Reporting: Track and report on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Required Skills
* Analytical Skills: Ability to use Microsoft excel to review data to identify trends.
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various teams.
* Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using supply chain planning software.
* Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the impact of supply chain decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in demand planning, inventory management, or related roles is preferred.
* Experience in using supply chain planning software is a plus.
