Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Build to Rent) Location: London Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Bonus Role Overview The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for daily management of staff, building relationships within the community, and with residents, fire safety, health and safety and overall administration. Operational Mobilisation – Supporting in the hiring, onboarding and ongoing management of staff members to create the onsite team Customer Services – Meet and interact with residents in a customer friendly and professional manner. Building Maintenance / Health & Safety – Ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are adhered to Marketing & Asset Performance – Understand and oversee the void unit process, ensuring minimum turnaround timeframes. In the absence of the General Manager, to ensure budget responsibility is monitored.
