We are now looking for an enthusiastic Property Management Apprentice to join our determined and successful Property Management team across our Blackpool and Cleveleys offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property management, gain industry qualifications, and develop into a fully trained Property Management Administrator.
What to expect as a Property Management Apprentice at Tiger Sales & Lettings:
* This is a structured learning role where you will be fully supported while you develop into a competent Property Management professional.
* You will have a fully trained support team who will guide and assist you throughout your apprenticeship
* You will learn how to support tenants and landlords through their entire journey with Tiger Sales & Lettings, ensuring a first-class customer experience
* You will gradually develop responsibility for communication with clients, including assisting with maintenance queries, rental arrears, and tenancy terminations
* You will be trained in how to assist with pre-tenancy inventories, mid-tenancy inspections, and post-termination check-outs
* You will gain exposure to gas safety, electrical safety, and compliance processes within property management
* You will be trained in how to confidently offer and sell additional services and products to clients where appropriate
* You will work towards achieving a recognised Property Management qualification alongside your on-the-job training
Who is the ideal candidate for this apprenticeship?
* We are looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and committed to building a career in property.
* A strong interest in property, lettings, or customer service
* A natural communicator with a positive, professional attitude
* A willingness to learn Landlord & Tenant Law and the basics of the Housing Act
* Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Comfortable using IT systems, Microsoft Office, and electronic devices (training will be provided)
* No previous property management experience is required — full training will be given
