Responsibilities
As a Field Operations Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field services. Your responsibilities will include managing time sheets, generating accurate invoices, and coordinating engineer appointments. You will be the backbone of our Field Support Team, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and service level agreements are met. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you handle invoicing queries, maintain project schedules, and support our engineering teams. You will work closely in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, with a knack for professional telephone interactions.
* Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a customer service or administration role, ideally in a utilities setting.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
