Key Responsibilities and Technical Expertise
In-depth understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Windows security-related technologies.
Knowledge of LDAP integrations, file transfer protocols (e.g., SMB), TLS protocols, encryption standards, and authentication mechanisms.
Familiar with authentication technologies including Kerberos and NTLM, as well as general LDAP-based methods.
Skilled in troubleshooting application integration issues and supporting setup and configuration activities.
Provides operational support during system outages and incidents.
Experienced in integrating applications and defining/implementing technical standards.

Over 5 years of IT experience, including 23 years specifically with Microsoft platform technologies.
Strong background in directory services, authentication protocols, and network security.
Demonstrated progression in technical responsibilities and deep-dive troubleshooting skills.

Experienced in gathering requirements in hybrid technical environments (cloud and on-prem).
