Accounts Assistant | £30K | Hybrid working Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Wrexham Salary: £30,000 Discretionary site bonus Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home) Key Responsibilities: -Processing high volumes of multi-currency invoices across three sites -Performing supplier statement reconciliations -Managing a large volume of invoice queries and resolving them efficiently -Running payment cycles and liaising with procurement and suppliers -Data entry and maintaining accurate records in SAP -Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a “get it done” attitude What We’re Looking For: -Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, etc.) -Experience in high-volume AP environments -SAP experience preferred -A proactive, no-nonsense attitude – someone who thrives in a reactive role and takes ownership. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interested?
