The Role We have an exciting new opportunity for a Neighbourhood Support professional to join our busy and rewarding Neighbourhood Team! This position is on a full-time, fixed-term contract/secondment basis, for up to 9 months. In this varied role, you’ll provide essential support to residents and colleagues, helping us deliver excellent housing services across our communities. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including setting up and ending tenancies, managing mutual exchanges and lettings, supporting garage applications, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll respond to customer enquiries, prepare documents, and liaise with colleagues, contractors, and external agencies to ensure services run smoothly. You’ll also support processes related to Aids and Adaptations, income management, planned maintenance, invoice processing, and performance reporting. We’re seeking applicants with proven administrative experience and sound IT knowledge, who can stay organised and focused in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident engaging with residents and partners, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service. Familiarity with housing services or safeguarding would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
