About the company
If you are looking to work with an organisation who is selling interesting, unique, gold standard products into the head, neck and MaxFax sector, then I may have a role that suits you. I am recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager, based across the West Midlands and Trent regions, who can join a well established but growing organisation.
Duties include
* Living within the territory, covering account management and growth development
* Supporting surgeons during cases approximately twice a week
* Getting involved in training days and exhibitions
* Understanding clinicians needs and recognising requirements and needs
* All relevant tender submissions and administration
* Dealing with multiple stakeholders, from ENT specialists, to Maxfax consultants, anaesthetists to critical care teams.
Your background
* Comfortable working within a theatre / surgical based environment
* Based on territory, with good access to road networks
* Self‑motivated
* Desire and willingness to have a broad range of responsibilities and be trusted to perform autonomously
* Clinically confident - confident discussing clinical issues and solutions
