We are looking for an Aftersales Manager to join Waylands and lead our Aftersales team at our Volvo dealership in Gloucester, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout their ownership experience. Reporting to the General Manager, this role offers the chance to join a leading automotive retail group with an excellent reputation. Duties Will Include Lead, motivate, and develop the Service and Parts teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee the daily operations of the service department, workshop, and parts department. Ensure all customer enquiries, complaints, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
