Bellevue Law is a boutique firm specialising in employment law, litigation and arbitration.

We are a Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 ranked firm with 26 fee earners who previously worked in leading international law firms. The firm is based in Dallington Street in Clerkenwell, a convenient walk from Farringdon and Old Street stations.


The Role

We are looking to add an organised and proactive marketing and operations coordinator to our friendly team to drive our marketing and events agenda and support the operational running of the business.

This is an exciting and varied role and would be ideal for someone who is exceptionally organised and enjoys getting involved in a wide range of tasks across the business, balancing marketing duties with organisational and administrative responsibilities.

This is an exciting new role, where no two days will be the same and which the right candidate can really make their own.

This is a hybrid-role, with some office attendance required. We would be happy to consider agile or flexible working approaches for this role for the right candidate.


Key responsibilities are expected to include:

Marketing and BD

* Working closely with the firm’s Principal and COO to develop and deliver against an ongoing marketing strategy. The individual will be responsible for developing and keeping a schedule of marketing and BD activities and ensuring deadlines are appropriately met. This includes set marketing pieces such as the firm’s annual client and staff surveys and completion of Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners Directory submissions as well as ad-hoc marketing campaigns.
* Responsibility for event planning. Working closely with the firm’s Principal and COO, you will be expected to take a key role in the planning of client events. This includes sourcing and booking appropriate venues and catering. The ideal candidate will also be able to attend approximately 4 external evening events per year to manage and ensure the smooth running of the events.
* Updating the firm’s social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram) in line with agreed BD and marketing messages.
* Updating the firm’s website (WordPress) and internal intranet site (SharePoint).
* Taking responsibility for the administration of marketing projects including running the annual Client and Staff surveys and sending Christmas and other communications to clients and firm contacts using MailChimp and making the necessary logistical arrangements for marketing projects and initiatives (including, for example, finding appropriate studio space to record podcasts and sourcing merchandise).
* Assisting the COO to monitor social media insights and basic analytics to track performance and engagement (for example, by using tools like Google Analytics).
* Assist the COO with a project to research and implement an appropriate CRM system.

Office and Operations Management

* Assisting the firm’s COO with ad hoc project management and organisational tasks across HR, finance, IT and compliance as required.
* Assisting the firm’s COO with HR processes (including administrative tasks relating to performance management, payroll and leave requests).
* Assisting the firm’s COO with the management and administration of annual compliance audits, including SRA audits and file reviews.
* Assisting with the organisation and coordination of internal firm events (including Christmas and Summer parties and internal training events).
* General office duties including monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies.
* Ensuring that appropriate working practices and procedures are followed in order that the firm can meet the highest standards of social and environmental behaviour and taking an active role in initiatives run by the firm or others which benefit the community and/or the environment.


Your Skills and Experience

* Exceptional prioritising/organisational skills
* Previous experience of working in a marketing role
* Extensive experience and expertise in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Experience of CRM systems a bonus
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong ability to self-manage a varied workload
