The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the dealership - guiding customers through the buying journey and ensuring they receive an exceptional service from start to finish.
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Guiding customers through the sales process in a professional and consultative manner.
* Achieving individual and team sales targets for vehicles, finance, and add-on products.
* Managing enquiries efficiently, both face‑to‑face and digitally.
* Maintaining a strong product knowledge across the brand range.
What We're Looking For
* Previous sales experience within the automotive industry (essential).
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* A driven, energetic, and customer‑focused attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
