Teaching Personnel is seeking caring and committed Primary Teaching Assistants to work in SEN-friendly primary schools across Poole from September 2025.
This part-time position is ideal for individuals who want to make a real difference while enjoying the flexibility to fit work around other commitments.

About the Role:
You will work closely with teachers to support pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, adapting learning activities to meet each child’s unique needs.
This role focuses on building confidence, developing communication skills, and supporting positive behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
