We are seeking an Senior Accountant to join our team in Jesmond. The ideal Accountant will be ACCA/ACA qualified, QBE or sitting their Final exams.
Brief Job Description
Preparing year-end accounts for a range of clients including limited companies, LLPs, sole traders, partnerships, Trusts and charities in accordance with FRS102 & other applicable standards.
Draft corporation tax returns and supporting computations
Draft self assessment returns and supporting computations
Providing support & developing junior members
Potential to review the work of juniors, resolving technical queries, and ensuring files are ready for Partner review.
Report directly to the Managers and Partners
Audit experience would be Advantageous
A good working knowledge of, CCH Accounts, Audit & Taxation, Xero, Quickbooks, SAGE Business Cloud and Microsoft Office is preferable.
