If you’re eager to make a meaningful impact while developing your career, we’d love to hear from you!In this role, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining and improving Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards across all our operational sites. Working closely with the SHEQ Director, senior leaders, and site teams, you’ll ensure compliance, drive best practice, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.**Your Key Responsibilities:*** Report daily to the Senior SHEQ Manager* Conduct quarterly SHEQ audits and produce monthly reports* Support ISO audits and maintain compliance with SHEQ standards* Keep systems like ECO-online and toolbox registers up to date* Help develop and implement safe systems of work* Lead by example during site safety tours and forums* Identify improvement opportunities and escalate concerns appropriately* Contribute to SHEQ forums and monthly bulletins* Promote PiLON’s/ United Infrastructure's core values and uphold data protection (GDPR) standards**What We're Looking For:**We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a natural collaborator.
