Registered Manager – near Dorchester - 43K - £45K basic salary plus bonus (opportunity to earn up to £55K-£60K)
Beautiful family run small sized care home under 25 residents near Dorchester. We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team and continue building on the special environment we have created.
About the Role as a Registered Manager
As our Registered Manager, you’ll lead by example — supporting, guiding, and inspiring a team who share your passion for delivering person-centred care. You’ll make sure residents receive the very best support, while fostering a culture where staff feel encouraged, appreciated, and proud of the work they do.
This role is about more than compliance and paperwork — it’s about bringing heart, warmth, and leadership to ensure the care home remains a home where residents feel safe, happy, and truly cared for.
What We’re Looking For in a Registered Manager
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
An experienced Registered Manager seeking a new challenge or an established Deputy Manager ready to step up.
Someone who leads with kindness, empathy, and respect.
Confident in building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
Knowledgeable about CQC care standards and regulations, but also committed to creating a homely, supportive environment.
Qualified (or working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care.
