We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Manchester M17. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Proposed start date 19th September 2025.

As our Kitchen Porter you will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Your main duties will include clearing and washing all crockery and cutlery using the undercounter dishwashers, pan washing, and keeping both the kitchen and front-of-house areas clean and tidy. You’ll also assist with a small amount of food preparation, as well as sweeping and mopping floors to maintain high standards of hygiene.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Have experience working in a similar role and environment
* Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
* Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
* Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy
* Have excellent customer service and social skills
* Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff
* Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 4
* Be customer focused
* Have basic food knowledge
* Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
