Are you a finance professional ready to step into a strategic, visible, and influential role?
We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insight across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to enhance how the organization manages spend, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
* Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP exports, transforming them into dynamic reports and dashboards.
* Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, financial reporting, and budgeting.
* Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce costs.
* Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing changes and vendor strategies.
* Collaborate with the Finance and Retail Directors to align reporting standards.
* Assist with implementing payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
* Introduce best practices in commercial operations, preferably with vendor/seller experience.
Position Details
* Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)
* Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation—qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or experienced financial professional.
* Advanced Excel skills, with experience in automating data processes.
* Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
* Self-starter with high initiative and comfort challenging existing processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading finance modernization and automation.
* Commercial mindset with confidence in pricing, scenario modeling, and investment analysis.
