The Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will handle the full loan process, including engaging with customers, assessing their needs and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting them throughout their loan lifecycle.
This role requires strong communication skills, rapport building, and attention to detail. We value excellent customer service and positive interactions.

Salary
Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
