What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in developing our actuarial data capabilities. You will lead the creation of scalable data pipelines and architectures that support our analytical efforts, ensuring they are durable and adaptable. Working with the Head of Analytics Engineering, you will help define and implement the team’s strategy, mentor junior engineers, and support their development.
You should have a strong technical background in Python, SQL, and DevOps practices, with familiarity in the Azure ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developing reusable Azure modules, and enhancing automation and insight delivery. You will also participate in technical discussions, advocating for simplicity and effectiveness in our solutions.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with actuarial SMEs, product teams, and fellow engineers to deliver practical solutions to business challenges. Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, inclusivity, and innovation will be integral to your success.
