Your Job: Provide exceptional guest service in all Meetings & Events and Food & Beverage areas, ensuring that the agreed-upon standards are consistently met.
Collaborate effectively as part of the team, being mindful of colleagues' needs and demonstrating flexibility with working hours.
Actively promote sales within the department and throughout the hotel.
Maintain safe working practices in the Meetings & Events areas, promptly addressing any spillages or safety hazards.
Completing set up of events including moving of furniture
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the department's standard operating procedures, especially regarding room setups.
What You'll Need: Experience working in hospitality.
Experience working with customers
An excellent command of the English language
Excellent organisational skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Be a strong team player
