Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extending
Working Hours: 37 per week Mon-Fri
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
Job description:
We are currently recruiting for an organised, motivated receptionist to support the team at North Liverpool Probation Service. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact, greeting probation clients and visitors professionally face-to-face, via telephone, and email. Responsibilities include logging arrivals and departures, notifying staff, issuing visitor passes and security fobs, monitoring and ordering stationery and PPE, logging building faults, and conducting weekly fire and panic alarm tests. The role may also involve supporting the admin team with updating confidential records and producing documentation. Training on internal systems will be provided. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Receptionist experience is advantageous.
