Salary: £90–£115 per day

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Harrogate who are looking for a compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team. You’ll be supporting pupils with additional behavioural needs, helping them to feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
Your role will include:
1. Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with behavioural challenges
2. Building strong, positive relationships that encourage trust and progress
3. Working alongside teachers and the SENCO to put tailored strategies in place
4. ️ Supporting pupils in class and during unstructured times ( playtime, lunch)

5. Experience working with children with behavioural needs (school or care settings)
