Position: Contract Support Specialist
Location: Central London
Shift pattern: 10:00am - 7:00pm

You will be responsible for ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in accordance with required standards.
Main duties
1. Provide support to the National Cleaning Manager,
2. Supervise the Cleaning Team that are on site during the shift time,
3. Ensure compliance with all QHSE reporting requirements,
4. Monitor budget versus actual spend and implement corrective actions as directed by SSMs,
5. Liaise with the site team with MI reports to the client on daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis,
6. Manage PPMs (e.g., windows, hard floors, carpets, upholstery, kitchens) in line with the calendar and budget,
7. Manage escalated issues through to resolution, engaging appropriate stakeholders,
8. Oversee washroom services across all sites,
Person Specification
9. Confident in both remote service delivery and client-facing interactions,
10. Skilled in resolving issues collaboratively with clients,
11. Approachable, friendly, and professional in demeanour,
12. Proficient in presenting reports, with skills in Microsoft Word and Excel,
13. Highly practical and organised, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively based on urgency,
14. Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with both clients and internal stakeholders.
