This is a hands-on role for a proactive health, safety, environmental and quality professional who enjoys being out on site, building relationships, driving best practice and supporting operational teams. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time visiting sites, conducting inspections, audits and providing practical SHEQ guidance, with administrative duties completed from either the office or home. The role can be based from either the Elgin or Inverness office, with travel required throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all SHEQ activities across the business. Ensure compliance with current health, safety, environmental and quality legislation and standards. Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments. Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Develop, review and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures and management systems.
