An excellent employer, working with a wide range of nationwide client are on the lookout for a new Technical Engineer to work on the installation, configuration, maintenance and support of technology solutions across a wide range of environments, in a mix of field and office based (Tonbridge). They are a collaborative, relaxed yet hardworking team, who strive towards innovation and growth!
Working to ensure high standards and seamless operations, your duties would include:
* Installing, configuring and supporting hardware and software technology
* Carry out system testing, problem solving and troubleshooting
* Providing technical support to customers remotely and on-site
* Work closely with clients and technical teams
* Maintain accurate documentation and records regarding jobs, projects and tickets
What we are looking for….
* A strong interest in tech and IT systems
* Good problem solving and communication
* Relevant qualifications in IT or similar, or relevant experience is desired
