Location: Sandwell and Birmingham NHS Hospitals
Employment: Full-time & Part-time, permanent – 37.5 hrs a week + flexible working options!
Salary: Band 5: £28,407- £34,581 per annum + NHS benefits

Role overview:
As a Healthy Child Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering the Healthy Child Programme to all eligible children and families.
* Carrying out ongoing health needs assessments for all children and families within the community
* Providing health visiting support and advice within the community and clinic setting
* Working as part of a wider team including GPs, Midwives, Early Years Workers, and Children’s Centre staff
