The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our digital and marketing strategy — leading the team to deliver high‑performing campaigns that drive growth, enhance the customer journey, and strengthen our brand.
You’ll play a key role in shaping a seamless, best‑in‑class experience across our e‑commerce platforms while supporting wider commercial objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Optimising digital experiences across the full customer journey
* Driving lead generation and new customer acquisition across multiple channels
* Delivering impactful day‑to‑day digital and marketing campaigns
* Enhancing performance across social media, email, and website channels
* Leading targeted campaigns in collaboration with the Category & Marketing Director
* Monitoring and analysing KPIs across marketing, digital, e‑commerce, and customer activity
* Providing clear, actionable insights and performance reporting to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, email platforms)
* Familiarity with platforms such as Optimizely, Adestra, Jotform (desirable)
* Solid understanding of e‑commerce, CRM, and ERP systems
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
* Proven leadership and team development skills
* Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving ability
* Customer‑focused with a drive to improve experience at every touchpoint
