Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 1-hour lunch, Monday to Friday; hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).

Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate new business to support business plans.
* Conduct marketing campaigns to generate leads and appointments via telemarketing, mailshots, networking, and referrals.
* Monitor progress of target projects, tracking conversion rates for leads, appointments, quotes, and sales.
* Generate and support new business appointments and sales to meet individual targets, maximizing all avenues.
* Support target market projects across the company.
* Support sales incentives like cross-selling, networking, and referrals.
