Our Expertise includes Global Market Access & Pricing, local Access & HTA, Health Economics & Statistics and Value Communication.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self‑motivated Associate Medical Writer to join our friendly Medical Writing team. This is an excellent graduate entry‑level opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate would have a high work ethic, be team‑oriented and hands‑on in a varied role.


Requirements

As an Associate Medical Writer, you will work across the business providing market access writing expertise, to support the successful delivery of client projects and internal workstreams.

In this role, you will require support both on‑ and off‑project from senior colleagues. You will be required to work closely with colleagues within multi‑disciplinary project teams and externally with clients, external associates (e.g. key opinion leaders, publication authors), and third‑party agencies to achieve project objectives.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

* Acting as the support writer on activities and projects, working under an appropriate senior lead writer, deliver evidence‑based, fully‑referenced content consistently to a high standard, across a varied range of therapeutic areas and a breadth of deliverables, including but not limited to: Health technology assessment submissions, Global value dossiers / global reimbursement dossiers / objection handlers, Value propositions, Local market access materials (including formulary packs, advanced planning notifications, scientific advice documents, budget impact tool introductory screens and email summaries), Workshop/expert interview transcripts and summaries, Publications.
* Desk‑based research.
* Participation in expert knowledge elicitation activities, e.g. interviews, workshops.
* Veeva PromoMats uploads/reference tagging.
* Reference pack development and checking.
* Adhering to internal and client quality control measures and take personal responsibility for the quality of your work.
* As a member of a project team, actively contributing to the ongoing organisation and execution of projects, including timely communication with colleagues and clients, participation in meetings, note taking and execution of relevant actions.


Benefits

* Holidays, full time allocation 25 increasing to 28 based on service beyond 2 years but no buying/selling holidays, pro rata for part-time
