Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:
* Experience of dealing with mixed caseloads of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases, corporate support, finances, development and landlord and tenant
* Experience in property finance (optional)
* Confident in negotiating leases and supporting documents for commercial properties
