What you’ll do Ensure full maintenance of Gas Safe registration, with all engineers certified as competent and qualified, and address any feedback from inspections promptly. Lead designated initiatives and programs to ensure consistent delivery of safe and compliant gas works across the housing portfolio, including sales and rentals. Hold contractors and DLO teams accountable through regular audits and technical reviews, ensuring adherence to legal and specification standards. Collaborate closely with other managers and regions to maintain consistency and smooth operations for colleagues and customers. Foster a positive team culture by providing strong leadership and guidance to help your team thrive. Ensure gas works are consistently safe and compliant through expert oversight and implementation of strategic programs.
