This could be a great opportunity to join a growing and supportive team specialising in commercial property within pension schemes.We are looking for an experienced administrator to manage a portfolio of commercial property cases linked to pension arrangements. This role would suit someone who enjoys technical work, problem solving and building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.You will be joining a collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, develop your technical knowledge and work on a wide variety of interesting property transactions.What's on offer?Salary up to £32,000 depending on experienceHybrid working - 1 day working from homeFlexible working hours between 7am-6pm25 days holiday plus bank holidaysSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to work on complex and varied casesCareer development and training opportunitiesThe RoleYou will be responsible for managing commercial property cases within pension arrangements from start to finish, ensuring everything is completed accurately and in line with regulations.Duties will include:Managing a portfolio of commercial property pension casesHandling property purchases and sales from start to finishLiaising with solicitors, lenders, surveyors and managing agentsReviewing leases, contracts, rent schedules and property documentsMonitoring rent payments and property-related recordsEnsuring all pension and property records are accurate and compliantSupporting with more complex investments and lending arrangementsIdentifying and resolving technical or compliance issuesProviding guidance and support to junior team membersSupporting process improvements and sharing knowledge within the teamWhat they're looking forAt least 4 years' experience within pensions administrationExperience dealing with commercial property within pension arrangementsStrong understanding of pension regulations and complianceConfident managing complex caseworkStrong communication and organisational skillsHigh attention to detailExperience supporting or mentoring junior staff would be beneficialDesirableProfessional pensions or financial services qualifications (or working towards them)Experience dealing with VAT-registered propertyUnderstanding of trustee responsibilities and governanceTPBN1_UKTJ
