An excellent opportunity has opened up in our people team as a Culture and Engagement Lead. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster a highly engaged, motivated, and productive workforce. The role involves working closely with the HR team to manage programs supporting team members throughout the employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and wellness initiatives.
Please note: This role will require frequent travel to our Southampton Port facility. Details can be discussed at the screening stage.
How will you contribute:
1. Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs that reflect DP World's values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture across both ports.
2. Establish and maintain effective communication channels between employees and leadership.
3. Manage the employee recognition program, ensuring timely acknowledgment of achievements.
4. Support the promotion of a strong safety culture through engagement activities, communications, and leadership alignment.
5. Manage employee engagement surveys and feedback processes, including data analysis and action planning for continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to promote impactful training and regional development programs.
7. Support the continuous improvement of training strategies to enhance employee retention and career growth.
