This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous supervisory or team-leading experience in a food production environment who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and close-knit business. The Role As Junior Production Supervisor, you will report into the production manager & technical manager. You will support the day-to-day running of the production area, ensuring targets are met efficiently and in line with food safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in motivating the team, monitoring output, and maintaining compliance with hygiene and operational procedures.
